Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Most orders are shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS).
Free US Shipping on orders $75 or more
Free International Shipping on orders $100 or more.
At All Things Magic, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but it's important to note that shipping timelines are ultimately in the hands of the carriers. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds if an item doesn’t arrive by an anticipated date.
During busy times like the holiday season, delays can happen within the shipping networks. If you need your items sooner, we always recommend upgrading to a tracked courier service like FedEx for faster and more reliable delivery. While we do our best to ship promptly, we appreciate your understanding that we can’t be held responsible for any carrier-related delays.
Please note: International orders are subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees with the carrier services selected and will be paid by the customer.
Any packages that are refused or unclaimed in customs will not have the original shipping charges refunded.
Any package that is refused or abandoned in customs and is disposed of by that country, or otherwise not returned to us will NOT be refunded.
