Leviosa Phone by João Miranda and Julio Montoro
A Mind-Blowing Illusion Hidden in Plain Sight
It looks like a phone. It acts like a phone. But what your audience experiences is pure magic.
Leviosa Phone is the next evolution of one of magic’s most powerful plots, levitation and animation with an everyday object. Designed by João Miranda in collaboration with creative force Júlio Montoro, this modern miracle delivers a three-phase routine that feels both impossible and organic.
Here's what your audience will witness:
-
Phase One: The phone, lying face up on the floor, eerily turns over on its own.
-
Phase Two: You gently touch the spectator’s finger and instantly, the flashlight switches on.
-
Phase Three: For the jaw-dropping finale, the phone levitates and flies right into your hand.
Yes, it flies. And yes, it looks like a real phone.
Built for real-world performers:
Leviosa Phone is built into a sleek, realistic phone shell that connects to a dedicated web app on your real phone, giving you total control over every moment. Whether you want to perform the full routine or go straight to the levitation, the choice is yours.
This is a high-impact, high-tech effect designed to stun in walkaround, corporate, or casual settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the battery charged? And can I swap it?
The battery is charged via a standard USB-C port, and it charges in the same location as your real phone. If ever needed, the internal battery can be exchanged easily in just a few seconds.
How do I turn ON the gimmick?
During the performance the magician secretly presses a button in the right side of the case, and the gimmick will vibrate, alerting you it is ON.
Does the leviosa screen light up?
It doesn't light up. However, the screen is made of real glass (made specifically for us), so itlooks 100% like a real phone. If you place the Leviosa Phone next to a real phone, it is virtually impossible to tell which one is which.
I have an Android phone. Do you sell an Android version of Leviosa Phone?
No, because it's not necessary. As explained in the instructions, the magician never needs to show the back of their real phone. If you own an Android, you can still show your screen normally - and since the audience only sees the front; they have no reference point to compare. The illusion works perfectly whether your personal phone is Android or iPhone.
