Regular price $25.00 $0.00 Unit price per

With Lightning, you'll be prepared to make a light bulb spontaneously LIGHT - blurring the lines between science and the supernatural.

The light bulb can be in your hand, or far away from you.

And. . .Lightning doesn't just cause bulb to turn on and off. It's been specially designed to realistically flicker and grow in intensity as your psychic energy builds to a climax.

Perform Lightning in close, intimate living rooms, all the way up to large stages.

Use Lightning on its own, or in combination with some of your favorite effects. Its the perfect lead-in before you shatter a bulb - as in MagicSmith's Big Bang and Mesika's Exploding Bulb. Watch the attached videos and witness the magic of Lightning.

Lightning is 100% self-contained, tiny and very powerful. It's completely custom designed - there's really nothing else like it. There's virtually no sleight of hand, no set-up, and it resets automatically after each use.

Check out the one and only Neil Patrick Harris using Lightning, and Big Bang, on The Ellen Show!

A great effect

I've had this for quite a while. What I like to do is go into a hardware store, maybe with a friend. I've also shown it to a clerk. I pick up the smallest florescent tube they have and do some woo-woo--slowly rub one end (the metal part, of course) against the metal zipper teeth of my jacket, or on another tube, or on my sleeve. I say, "This doesn't always work. The humidity has to be just right..." anything to string them along. Then I just let them see a little bit of flash for a few seconds. I'm not showing them a magic trick--it's something that's really happening.

On a related note. I lost the instructional DVD that came with mine. Last week I reached out to MagicSmith and the next day I got an email from Chris Smith with a link to the instructions on YouTube.
