SUGAR BUNNY by Steve Fearson
A practical, fun, close-up version of one of the most iconic magic tricks of all time.
Pulling a rabbit out of a hat is often the first thing people think of when they hear the word "magician". It's ironic though when you consider how long it's been since a magician actually performed this trick. It's extremely impractical, dated, and magicians using live animals in general has diminished significantly.
Luckily, with "Sugar Bunny", Steve Fearson has developed the next best thing.
An ordinary packet of sugar is emptied into your fist. You squeeze tight and make a magical gesture. When your hand is opened again, the sugar has formed into a cute, tiny rabbit.
Just as quickly as it appeared, you make the bunny vanish. With empty hands, you gesture toward the empty sugar packet and tell your helper that the bunny has jumped back to the packet. When they check it, they find that it's not only filled with sugar again...but is also sealed.
This is an entertaining and unique close up magic illusion that you'll want to perform every chance you get. From restaurants to coffee shops, this is the perfect magic trick for any place that has sugar packets.
No sugar packets available? No problem. Just pour a little sugar into your hand and you're good to go.
You won't believe the level of detail on the lightweight, durable polymer bunny. There are even some small imperfections like what you would see if something was actually crafted out of sugar. As it's sized to fit into a thumb tip (although one is not required to perform the main routine), it can be used to create your own unique routines.
