Only The Good Stuff! (Our Top 3 Favorites)

Luke Dancy

Whooaaa there's a lot of new magic coming out these days!

Luckily I'm in the unique spot where I get to see a lot of this new stuff first hand thanks to my role at Murphy's Magic.

Because of this I'm sharing with you just a few of my favorite new releases and more importantly why I think you might like 'em. These are my personal views on these products so there's no fluff here fellas.

1) Virtual Prediction by Manoj Kaushal ($20)

Why do I like this? The short and sweet..what you see is exactly what you get with a method is practical and fooling. Now keep in mind the method used is suited for virtual shows so this isn't something you'll find yourself using for live performances.

Real talk: There isn't any of the typical 'Swami' methods you are expecting with something like this. Yeah I did a little mentalism and figured that's where you were going when you watched the trailer.

With the Virtual Prediction you get the gimmicks you need to pull this off and a very detailed instructional that goes over everything you need to know to perform this. The best part? It's only $20

2) The Four Treasures by Harapan Ong ($30)

I'm a BIG fan of Harapan Ong and the clever card magic that he creates. This book features 4 tricks with 4 card gimmicks (that are included) that will make the card guys, and gals, smile when working on them. If you loved Principia then this book is definitely for you!

Harapan is a smart guy and his magic always packs a punch but it doesn't break your fingers when you're performing it. This is good stuff guys, definitely well worth a look.

3) Fall 2.0 by Banachek and Philip Ryan ($29.95)

It's always great to have a 'non card' trick on you and ready to go. Well magicians already carry Sharpies on them so it only makes sense to have yours be a secret weapon as well.

With this new version the Sharpie writes and is under your control with how long it takes for it to fall. There's no connection between you and the Sharpie and there are no magnets or anything like that involved here.

Everything is self-contained and ready to go at a moment's notice. This one is a nice addition for the closeup guys out there for sure.

LET'S WRAP IT UP
